Your Problems Solved

Got burning questions or nagging doubts about Spin Sports InPlay? Never fear. Take a look at some of our most frequently asked question and find the answer you’re after! If not, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

What is inPLAY betting?

Spin Sports InPlay is a new online sportsbook that offers an enviable range of betting options on all your favourite sports: rugby, soccer, American football, baseball and more. It offers everything from simple outright bets on winners to more specialised bets. Think you know who’ll score the first try? How many rounds a boxing match will last? What the final score of a soccer game will be? InPlay lets you put your knowledge to the test.

Why do the odds keeping changing?

As every sports fan knows, nothing is certain! One unexpected score can change the entire dynamic of a game, while heavy favourites and early frontrunners can burn out quickly or have an off day. Spin Sports InPlay provides odds that change in real time, based on what’s happening in the game and how it may affect the end result. You can bet at any point during a match or game, which means you can watch what’s going down, get a feel for how a team or player is performing on that day and then make an informed decision about how much to bet – or whether to bet on someone else!

What sports does Spin Sports inPLAY offer?

The site offers an exhaustive range of sports, so fans of any discipline should be able to find something that grabs their attention. Currently, the site provides betting spreads for soccer, American football, rugby, cricket, tennis, volleyball, boxing, MMA, golf, basketball, baseball and hockey.

Are their limits to how much I can bet?

Spin Sports InPlay has a minimum bet limit of £0.10 (which is the same in euro). The maximum differs depending on the sport and the league and is also clearly identified when you are placing a bet. The site may not always be able to accept a bet and reserves the right to reject one, or, at its sole discretion, to suggest an alternative that would be more acceptable. The player will be given the opportunity to accept or reject this alternative proposal; it will not be obligatory for them to do so.

How much can I win with Spin Sports inPLAY?

There are plenty of opportunities to win big with Spin Sports InPlay, thanks to its extensive range of bets and spreads. The maximum daily pay-out is £100,000 per customer, which means that any winnings will be capped at this amount.

What happens if an event is cancelled? Will I get my money back?

Absolutely. When an event is cancelled, we immediately void all bets related to it and your account will be refunded in a timely manner.

If events are cancelled mid-way through (due to injury, poor weather, etc.), any bets concerning the part of the match or game already played will still stand. For example, if a better wagers that a certain player will score the first touchdown in an American football game, and this occurs prior to the event being called off, this bet will still be honoured.

I changed my mind. Can I amend my bet after it has been placed?

Unfortunately not. Once a bet has been placed and accepted by Spin Sports InPlay, it is considered to be final and cannot be changed or amended (save for event cancellations, as mentioned in the question above).

What is a source of wealth request?

Due to our AML compliance and alignment with current FATF recommendations and FIAU regulations we are at times required to establish a client’s “source of wealth” as part of our enhanced due diligence responsibilities.

“Source of wealth” is defined as “the origin of the subject’s total assets” and refers to any activity or situation that has generated the individual’s total wealth.  Should you be required to provide documentation, which would be used to verify your source of funds, the following documentation could be requested from you:

  • bank statements
  • Payslip
  • Recently filed business accounts
  • sale of an asset details in the completion statement
  • divorce settlement and court order specifying the written settlement agreement
  • inheritance money in the form of the Will statement

Please Note! We will have dedicated staff to facilitate the verification.  Please rest assured that all information shared with us will be treated as confidential and that all efforts will be made to assist clients wherever and whenever possible.
